Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

• Customers pay exact shipping amount only. No more, No less - No handling
  fees!
• We ship UPS and will be happy to provide shipping quotes for all
  transactions prior to purchase
• All shipped items must be insured for the full amount.

Return Policy:

• All sales are final except for a 24 hour approval period on instruments
  only.
• All USED GEAR sales are final.
• All returns must be store authorized before sending anything back in
  the mail. Any returns not authorized will be refused at customers expense.
• All return shipment and insurance costs are customer's responsibility
• All returns must be in the same condition as when they left the store.
